Yoga and Meditation

I have always loved my job as an osteopath, and I believe that a huge reason why is that every person I treat is so incredibly different. I am constantly able to learn so much from each of my patients and their life stories. The reason one patient is experiencing pelvic pain can be so very different to why the next person is experiencing the exact same pain. It is very common for someone to have many different contributing factors leading to them experiencing their symptoms. These factors may include, but are definitely not limited to; emotional stress, nutritional stress or physical trauma. This is where my second love comes in; yoga and meditation.

My love for Yoga and Meditation has led me to complete teacher training in many areas including; Mindfulness, Yoga, Women’s and Fertility Yin, and Yoga for Pelvic Floor Health. I am therefore able to incorporate a range of pelvic floor awareness practices, gentle mobility exercises, breath exercises and mindfulness techniques to not only support your pelvic health but to also support your overall health and wellbeing.
